GRAND LIMO PRIVACY POLICY

1. General Overview
This Privacy Policy (this Policy) is provided by Grand Limo for Renting and Leasing Co (herein as Grand Limo or we or us or our), and it is meant to describe our practices regarding the information we collect about users (individually you or you) of our website, media channels, and mobile application (collectively, our Platforms). When you access our Platforms or use any of them to book for our services, we collect certain personal and non-personal information from you.

The Grand Limo's Platforms and our cab hire services are provided from Kuwait. Users accessing our Platforms and using our cab hire services hereby understands that any information submitted to us will be processed in Kuwait.

By accessing our Platforms and/or using our cab hire services, and by willingly submitting personal information to us when you register for a user account on our mobile application, you agree to how we use your information in accordance with the disclosures described in this Policy. If you do not agree with how we use your information, we advise you to stop the use of our Platforms and our services. Each time you access our Platforms or use our services, the current version of this Policy will apply.

2. Do we collect Information? Why?
Yes, we collect the following categories of information when you access either of our Platforms and when you use our services:

2.1 Registration and Booking Information: When you opt-in for a user account through our mobile application and when you book a cab through our website or mobile application, we require you to submit certain personal information and ride-related information which include but are not limited to your phone number, email address, name, car type, date and pickup time, number of passengers and baggage, flight number (for airport pickup), pickup/drop off location, and payment information. Some of this information is personal and can be used to identify who you are, while some of them cannot be used to directly identify you. Grand Limo collects personal information when you book a cab in order to contact you, identify you, and process your payments while booking information such as car type, the number of passengers, pick up/drop off time, etc. helps us to provide you the services and fulfill our obligations to you.

2.2 Location and other Non-Personal Information: When you use our services, we use a third-party app provided by Google Inc. to track your location, routes, destinations, and other geographic information needed by us to effectively carry out our services to you. Also, we collect your mobile operating version when you use our mobile application to book a cab. This information helps us to deliver quality services to you.

2.3 Social Media Information: We collect social media information (a third-party source information) when you click on any social media plugin available on any of our Platforms. For example, if you click on the Facebook plugin available on our website, some of your Facebook information will become available to us. We combine social media information with the one with us for verification purposes.

3. Online Postings
Grand Limo may provide on our Platforms, areas where users can post reviews and some other information relating to your use of our Platform and our cab hire services. Such reviews posted are governed by our Terms and Conditions. Also, the reviews posted may appear on other platforms or when there is a search on the web relating to your review. When you share your personal information on our Platforms, such information will be available publicly and can easily be used by other users. For instance, posting your email address on our Platforms may get you frequent spam (unsolicited) messages. Grand Limo does not have control over who reads or uses your reviews; therefore, we implore you to apply caution to how you post reviews. We will not be liable for any loss of privacy you may suffer due to the review you shared on our Platforms.

4. Do we Disclose your Information?
Grand Limo does not disclose information to a third party. However, we will disclose personal information under the following circumstances:

4.1 Disclosures under by Law or to Protects Rights: When Grand Limo believes the disclosure is appropriate, we may disclose personal information: (i) in connection with efforts to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activity, in case of fraud or other suspicious activity; (ii) to protect and defend Grand Limo's rights, intellectual property, or safety of other users; (iii)n to comply with the applicable law or cooperate with law enforcement agencies; (iv) to enforce our Terms and Conditions or other agreement and policies, in response to subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order or a request for cooperation from a law enforcement agency; and (vi) to defend against legal claims or as otherwise required by law.

4.2 Disclosures to our Third-Party Service Providers: Grand Limo may share your personal information with third-party service providers that we employed to perform certain tasks on our behalf. For example, we employ the services of SMS Box for SMS services and Hesabe as payment gateway. In order to deliver SMS to your mobile number, SMS Box must be provided with your mobile number. In like manner, Hesabe needs your payment details in order to process your payments for our services. However, Grand Limo does not share information with any of our third-party service providers unless they need it to perform the task we have hired them to do, and they are under agreement to only use your information for the purpose of what we have contracted them to do.

4.3 Business Transfers: Grand Limo reserves the sole right to transfer all personal information in our possession to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or other sales of all or a portion of Grand Limo's assets. Other than to the extent ordered by bankruptcy or order of a court, the use and disclosure of all transferred personal information will be subject to this Policy. Personal information submitted or collected after a transfer, however, may be subject to a new policy adopted by the successor organization.

5. How Secured is the Information we collect?
Grand Limo is conscious of your privacy. We take technical and physical steps in ensuring your personal information is secured against theft or third-party access. Not only do we limit the number of people that may access your information, but we ensure all information is encrypted, backed up, and stored on Google Server and also using 3-layer multi-layer access protection.
Unfortunately, you are aware that no matter how strong the steps and measures we take or use towards the safety of your information, it might not be enough to fully secure all threats against your personal information as not all information is fully protected. However, we will, in good faith, do our best to ensure that all your personal information is kept from reaching the wrong hands. Notwithstanding, you also have a duty of keeping your account login confidential and also reporting any suspected access to your user account.

6. Who can use our services?
The Grand Limo's Platforms and our services are made available to persons of 18 years of age and above only unless the law says otherwise. If you access our Platforms or use our services, you represent to us that you have the capacity and you meet the required age as we do not unknowingly collect registration request from minors. If we learned that you are a minor using our Platforms and services, we will term it to be a violation of our Terms and Conditions, and we have the right to have your participation terminated.

7. Can we Change this Policy?
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, review, or update a portion or provision of this Policy (with or without notice to you). Any changes made to this Policy will be communicated at the top of this current Policy, and the date on which such change is made will be displayed at the top. Unless Grand Limo says otherwise, this current Policy is applicable to all the information we already have about you and your user account. You should endeavor to check this Policy for updates or changes to it. Grand Limo will post new updates to this Policy on this page but may choose not to do so in our sole discretion and notify you of any changes through your email address.

9. Do we welcome Feedback?
When you use Apple Pay to complete a transaction with us, the following data may be collected:Transaction Details: Limited information about the purchase, such as the transaction amount, date, and merchant identifier.Device Information: Data about the device used for the transaction, such as device model and operating system.Payment Token: A unique, encrypted identifier provided by Apple to process your payment securely.We do not collect or store your credit or debit card details. Apple Pay transactions are processed using tokenization, and sensitive payment information is never shared with us.

10. How Data Is Processed and Stored?
We process Apple Pay-related data to: Facilitate the completion of your transaction. Provide you with a receipt and order details. Comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Any data collected during the Apple Pay transaction is: Encrypted: Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest to ensure security. Stored Temporarily: Transaction data is retained only for as long as necessary to complete the transaction, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. Access Restricted: Access to transaction data is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

11. Assurance on Data Sharing and Selling?
We do not: Share your Apple Pay-related data with third parties, except as necessary to process your transaction or comply with legal obligations. Sell your personal data, including data related to Apple Pay transactions.
